Eminence

Distinction; recognized superiority (OED). One of the indicators of historical genius. Eminence is directly linked with creative productivity. As Simonton (1984: 88) puts it, "Eminence is a probabilistic consequence of prolific productivity, which is a function of productive precociousness, an impressive rate of output, and productive longevity." These three factors are pertinent for leadership {Creativity and leadership} as well as creativity.
