Constant probability of success

The model of a constant probability of success of creative productivity suggests that "the odds that any single contribution will prove successful are constant across all creators and so those creators who are most likely to produce a masterpiece are precisely those who produce more works altogether" (Simonton, 1984: 83). It also suggests that the proportion of top-quality products of a creator also stays relatively constant through the creator career.
